Clear terms before every charge
Effective September 3, 2026. This policy will govern paid Zorio plans and digital purchases when live payment collection begins.
1. Checkout disclosure
Before a live charge, checkout will display the item or plan, final price, billing frequency, included access, material limits, applicable taxes, trial or promotional terms, renewal terms, and the method for cancellation. A charge requires an affirmative confirmation through the connected payment processor.
2. Subscriptions
Unless a checkout offer expressly states otherwise, a subscription will renew for the disclosed period until canceled. Cancellation made before the next renewal date stops future renewal. Access ordinarily continues through the paid period. Partial-period credits or refunds are not provided unless the checkout offer or applicable law requires them.
3. One-time digital products
One-time reports, city packs, downloads, and other digital access may be canceled for a full refund before delivery or access. After delivery, download, generation, or material access, the purchase is ordinarily final except for duplicate charges, non-delivery, a material defect Zorio cannot correct, or rights provided by law.
4. Trials and promotions
Any trial or promotion will identify its duration, included features, conversion price, and whether a payment method is required. If a trial converts automatically, Zorio will disclose that fact and the cancellation deadline before enrollment.
5. Refund requests
Contact admin@capital-25.com with the account email, receipt or transaction identifier, purchase date, and reason for the request. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processor timing and financial-institution posting times may vary.
6. Charge disputes and abuse
Please contact Zorio first so we can investigate a mistaken or duplicate charge. Zorio may suspend access associated with chargebacks, fraud, misuse, or unpaid balances while a dispute is reviewed, without limiting rights available under payment-network rules or law.
7. Changes
The version presented at checkout governs that purchase. Material changes will apply prospectively and may require renewed acceptance. Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights.
